At GMT Timepiece, we prioritize the safe, secure, and timely delivery of your luxury timepieces. All shipments use FedEx for reliable service, with full insurance coverage, tracking, and adult signature confirmation required. We ship from our Atlanta location to ensure prompt processing.

SECTION 1 – SHIPPING METHODS
We primarily use FedEx services tailored for high-value items:

– FedEx 2Day / Priority Overnight: 1-2 business days – Next business day or 2-day options
– FedEx Overnight (Priority / Standard / First): Next business day – Guarantees delivery by 10:30 a.m., afternoon, or early morning (varies by option)
– International Shipping: 1-5+ business days (Priority/Express) or 2-5 days (Economy) – Varies by destination

All shipments include full insurance up to the declared value, tamper-evident packaging, and signature confirmation (adult 21+ required).

SECTION 2 – ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, including authentication, inspection, and secure packaging.

– Monday–Friday: Orders before 4 PM EST often ship same day
– Weekends/Holidays: Processed next business day; may add 1-2 extra days during peak periods

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with FedEx tracking details.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING COSTS AND FREE SHIPPING:
Costs depend on method, weight, size, and destination (calculated at checkout). We offer free standard FedEx Overnight shipping on orders over $2,500 within the continental U.S.

– International: Varies; duties, taxes, and fees are customer’s responsibility

SECTION 4 – DELIVERY AREAS
We ship to:
– All 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories (additional fees may apply)
– Select international destinations (Canada, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and others – contact us to confirm)

No P.O. boxes; physical address required for signature or FedEx Store for pickup.

SECTION 5 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We offer worldwide DHL Express and FedEx shipping for luxury watches.
– Customers handle all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and paperwork
– Declared value reflects actual purchase price
– Delays possible due to customs
– Restricted/prohibited countries: Contact us to verify availability

Prices in USD; bank/card conversion fees may apply.

SECTION 6 – TRACKING AND DELIVERY
Track your package via FedEx tools with real-time updates.
– Adult (21+) signature required; photo ID may be requested
– Delivery during business hours (typically 9 AM–6 PM)
– Up to 3 attempts; held at facility if missed

Use FedEx Delivery Manager for alerts, redirects, or holds.

SECTION 7 – PACKAGING AND SECURITY
We use specialized, discreet packaging for high-value items:
– Tamper-evident seals
– Shock-resistant cushioning
– No external brand markings
– Full FedEx insurance included

SECTION 8 – SHIPPING DELAYS AND ISSUES
Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs, holidays, or address errors. We monitor and update you proactively.
– Lost/damaged: We file claims immediately; replacement sent at no cost

SECTION 9 – ADDRESS CHANGES AND INSTRUCTIONS
Verify address before checkout. Changes:
– Possible within 2 hours of order (may incur fees)
– Not allowed once in transit

Add special instructions (gate codes, etc.) in order notes or contact us.

SECTION 10 – HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Order early during peaks:
– Recommend mid-December for Christmas (adjust for carrier deadlines)
– No shipments on major holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s)

Frequently asked questions

I made a mistake in my delivery address; is it too late?

If the order is not yet sent, we will change the delivery address as soon as notified. If, however, the order is already sent, the delivery time will be longer since we will have to wait for the package to return to us before forwarding it to the correct address. You may be responsible for any additional fees.

We ship with Fedex within the USA and internationally to most countries. We fully insure for the value of the package. When shipping internationally, buyer is responsible to pay for customs and duties within their country. 

Most shipments under 150k USD ship with Fedex fully insured. Shipments over 150k USD are most often shipped with an armored guard. Details of shipment will be provided beforehand and confirmed with buyer. 

GMT Timepiece accepts eligible returns within 14 days of purchase. A watch is eligible for return if it is in its original condition, unaltered, unworn, and undamaged. 

Watches must be returned with their original documentation and packaging. All returns will be inspected for signs of wear or damage. 

If all requirements are met, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for funds to appear on your account.

GMT Timepiece accepts eligible returns within 14 days of purchase. A watch is eligible for return if it is in its original condition, unaltered, unworn, and undamaged.

GMT Timepiece guarantees authenticity on all watches sold.

All our watches come with original Rolex warranty. This warranty covers all mechanical functions of the watch that was purchased; it warrants against manufacturer’s defects or malfunctions with the movement of the watch.

This warranty does not cover wear and tear of the watch, accidents, water damage, loss, misuse, or stolen pieces but we are happy to help our clients down the line with any servicing needs; i.e.; polish or touch up. We will offer this service to our clients at a reduced price.

We will honor the time of the manufacturer’s warranty, and any watches may be brought back for servicing during this time.
